We really enjoyed not only the casual atmosphere but the philosophical discussion that ensued. We were there for 4 hours and easily could have met for 8! The simple basis of her principles makes her training easy to understand and implement. The fact that she teaches us to look into the reasons for disruptive behavior and conflict is brilliant common sense. We will be working with The Empowerment Cafe again.
