Testimonials

From individuals:

Thank you for taking the time to teach me about The Empowerment Principles. I am reviewing my job search efforts and looking for ways to apply the principles to help me focus my energy.

—Scott N.

Thank you so much for helping me improve my life. Looking back over these two years I love the direction my life has taken and I owe much of that to you. You have a great gift, never forget that.

—Laura M.

Empowerment for me has been a life changing experience. It has shown me how to change my life by taking responsibility for my own actions and thoughts. By doing this I can work toward living the life I want. It has taught me how to face the fears that keep me from moving toward my desired life. Discovering what my blocks are, why I have them, where they came from and how to change them, has taught me to respect myself, my life and expect the same from others. By empowering ourselves we are empowering others to take responsibility for their own actions and lives.

From Businesses/Clients:

The staff at the Goodman Community Center After School program attended the From Conflict to Peace training at The Empowerment Cafe with Dolores Kokinos. We really enjoyed not only the casual atmosphere but the philosophical discussion that ensued. We were there for 4 hours and easily could have met for 8! The simple basis of her principles makes her training easy to understand and implement. The fact that she teaches us to look into the reasons for disruptive behavior and conflict is brilliant common sense. We will be working with The Empowerment Cafe again.

"They provided broad management analysis and recommendations on changes to our order processing system, product distribution system and customer services operations. The ability of the consultants to see the "bigger picture" made those efforts successful and vastly improved the management and operations of our business. I would highly recommend them for your organization."
