What are The Empowerment Principles?

The Empowerment Principles are the secret to helping you untangle your negative thoughts about yourself—and very importantly the behaviors that result from those thoughts. Only then can you understand your subconscious or conscious motivation behind the thoughts and behaviors that stand in your way to get the job, the intimate relationship, the friends and the weight that you want—or any other goal.


We call these problematic thoughts and behaviors "negative," but you should not blame yourself—you must learn these life skills, but no one teaches them as a whole. Until now!


How it works


Positive thinking is only the tip of the iceberg. If your thoughts are tangled with negative beliefs about yourself, you must first separate and understand them in order to really learn to think positively.


The Empowerment Principles first show you the five foundation blocks of happiness and the five facets of life. It's important that the five foundations are healthy in each of your five facets of life in order to be truly happy and peaceful. In addition, your reactions to those foundation blocks will fall within five behaviors. The principles also reveals the four interpersonal relationships we have with other people.


It’s your relationship with the five foundations of happiness that drive the resulting thoughts and behaviors. If your relationships with those foundations aren't healthy or best serving you, your resulting thoughts and behaviors will not serve you. That's why you aren't getting results you like in some areas! It's what's behind depression, anti-social behaviors, hurt feelings and codependency or any other problem you may have.


Once these secrets are revealed, The Empowerment Principles provide you with the steps to achieve and maintain healthy relationships with each of the "five foundations" in each of the "five facets" of your life so that you will naturally make better choices. Once you change the relationship, the thoughts and behaviors that best serve you will fall into place. Then you'll start getting the positive results you desire.



The road to success


Dolores developed the Principles as the result of 25 years of research, study and experience into human behavior. When you become adept at using the Principles, not only will you no longer have the negative thoughts and behaviors that keep you from your goals, you can also better understand other people's behaviors, including how best to communicate with coworkers or employees, friends and family and your children.


Everyone who chooses to apply The Empowerment Principles to their life succeeds. It may take more time for some than others. All it requires is to first recognize the need to make changes, figure out where you need to make them and then do the inner work associated with making the changes to these unhealthy relationships in order to feel better.


  1. The process starts by identifying how you are relating to each of the five foundation blocks and how that might not be serving you.

  2. Then you'll look back on your life and see where events in your childhood or subsequent experiences may have reinforced or been the result of these unhealthy relationships with the five foundation blocks.

  3. You'll begin to make serious changes using a series of self-reflecting questions, which will help you understand your reactions to situations based on the five foundation of happiness and how your negative reactions get results that you don't want.

  4. Armed with this understanding and methods taught by our coaches, you will learn how to make new choices to fulfill your core motivators, thus setting a new path toward positive outcomes.
