Private Coaching
Choose one-on-one coaching when you're ready to learn more about yourself and your obstacles using The Empowerment Principles, but sharing your personal issues and challenges in a group setting is just not for you. Using visual tools, worksheets and homework, you'll learn The Empowerment Principles and how to use them, making progress very quickly in these hour-long sessions devoted only to you. Long-term commitment is not required to start learning The Empowerment Principles.
Group Coaching
Share your journey to empowerment with others at our relaxing cafe on Madison's east side. You find the group members, find a weekly or biweekly time that fits everyone’s schedule (including ours) and get started.
Start with our Level I Introductory Class to learn the basics about The Empowerment Principles and then move on to Level II Workshops that allow you to explore your challenges over time. You'll stay in Level II until you master the techniques and frequently solve your own issues.
Level III Instruction
Level III allows those highly skilled at working the Empowerment Principles to continue learning about their own issues while developing their ability to work and help others. This level is particularly helpful for executives/managers, parents, those in service careers and those hoping to become an Empowerment Coach. Those interested can wait until a the waiting list is large enough to form a group of 10 or take the instruction privately.
